To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (matching your government-issued ID), date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, active mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on peru44. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. peru44 employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and document cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Violation results in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. peru44 will treat all transactions authenticated with your credentials as having been performed by you and will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your Account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately.
peru44 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage, including at registration, prior to any withdrawal, or at any time we deem appropriate for compliance or security purposes. Required documents typically include:
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe will result in withdrawal holds or Account suspension until compliance is achieved.
An Account with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is deemed dormant. peru44 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 50.000 to dormant Account balances to cover maintenance costs, until the balance reaches zero or the Player reactivates the Account.
peru44 accepts the following payment methods, all processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp):
Peru44 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or payments via international credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) at this time. All deposit and withdrawal methods must be registered in the Player's own name — third-party payments are not accepted.
The minimum dep osit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger additional verification. Deposits via e-wallet are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 1–5 minutes during banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Deposits outside these hours may experience delays aligned to bank clearing schedules.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same Account, subject to successful KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. peru44 does not charge processing fees on withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals may be delayed if your Account has pending KYC requirements, active bonus wagering requirements, or if a security review is in progress.
Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements may not be withdrawn. Only the real-money Balance portion of your Account that has cleared any wagering requirements applicable to associated bonuses is eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw funds in circumvention of wagering requirements will result in the bonus portion being forfeited.
peru44 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls. Deposits may only be withdrawn to the same method used for deposit (the "reverse withdrawal" principle). Any transaction or pattern of transactions that appears inconsistent with normal gaming activity may be escalated to our compliance team and, where legally required, reported to relevant authorities. peru44 reserves the right to freeze an Account pending AML investigation without prior notice.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional awards issued by peru44 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the combined value of the deposit and the bonus amount before any withdrawal may be made from the resulting balance. Example: A deposit of Rp 500.000 with a 100% matched bonus of Rp 500.000 yields a Rp 1.000.000 bonus balance subject to a Rp 20.000.000 total wagering requirement before withdrawal eligibility.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following default contribution rates apply:
Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Expired Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them are forfeited automatically. Extensions are not granted except in cases of documented technical error on peru44's part.
peru44 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where evidence of abuse is identified. Prohibited bonus-related conduct includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinating wagers with other players to exploit bonus terms, placing opposing bets to reduce risk during a wagering requirement ("hedging"), and using automated software to exploit promotions.
All sports bets placed on peru44's sportsbook are subject to the specific rules for each sport and market type, as published in our sportsbook help section. Key general rules include:

Togel draws on peru44 follow officially published draw schedules. Results are determined by the certified draw mechanism of each market and are final. Disputes relating to togel results must be submitted to our support team within 24 hours of the draw result being published.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on peru44 and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, legal action:
Players may close their Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, any remaining real-money Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player's verified payment method. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure.
peru44 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) we have reason to believe these Terms have been violated; (b) we are required to do so by a regulatory or legal obligation; (c) we have identified unusual account activity warranting investigation; or (d) we have been unable to complete satisfactory KYC verification.
Players who wish to self-exclude from the Platform may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Upon Account closure for any reason, verifiable real-money balances (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player subject to satisfactory KYC completion and AML review. Peru44 reserves the right to withhold funds pending resolution of any outstanding dispute or investigation.
All content on the peru44 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of peru44 or is licensed to peru44 by third-party rights holders. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any Platform software; or use any peru44 branding or trademarks without prior written authorisation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, peru44's total aggregate liability to any Player for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. peru44 makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding uninterrupted access, fitness for a particular purpose, or the accuracy of odds and game results beyond those guaranteed by our certified game providers' RNG certifications.
peru44 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Platform or the application of these Terms, you must first contact peru44's customer support team and allow a minimum of 14 business days for internal resolution. The internal resolution process is conducted in English or Bahasa Indonesia at the Player's preference.
If the internal resolution process fails to produce an outcome acceptable to both parties, the dispute may be escalated to the independent arbitration service designated by peru44's licensing authority. The decision of an arbitration body appointed under this clause shall be final and binding on both parties.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
peru44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via email or a prominent in-Platform notice at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
